Care setup

Does the service make care easy to inspect?

A good service answers these questions before it asks you to pay. For each step, it should be clear which person or business is in charge of it.

What can you see before paying?

Who reviews the form?

The service names the kind of clinician involved and gives you a way to learn the person's name before care begins.

Can you ask a real question?

You can put a question to the clinician and get an answer, not only talk to a sales chat or fill in a form with fixed boxes.

Is the pharmacy named?

The answer is a business name you can check, not a phrase such as “partner pharmacy.”

What belongs in your comparison note?
