What does the quoted price leave out?
When you compare services, add up the same charges for each one. A low advertised price may cover only one of them.
Which charges make up the total?
CareFirst visit, later visits and messages.
MedicineSeparate charge or included amount.
TestsBlood tests or an in-person exam, when needed.
DeliveryShipping, supplies and replacement rules.
StoppingAutomatic renewal, the cost of cancelling, and what happens to money already paid.
Is the membership the medicine price?
Often not. In September 2026, six large online weight-care services were checked for this guide. Five charged a monthly membership fee. Four of those five said the medicine was billed separately.
Ask for three written totals. One is for the first month. One is for a month after any special offer ends. One is for a month after a change of dose or medicine. Then ask what else could change the total.
